Warren Platt has over 20 years of telecommunications experience, serving in various senior management positions covering
Business Development, Sales and Marketing focusing on International markets.
Prior to founding Endeavor Link, Warren Platt was Executive Vice President of Global Business Development for Mobile Streams,
where he was responsible for the overall global business development activities focusing on the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
Before Mobile Streams, he was Vice President of Business Development - Americas for Cambridge Positioning Systems, where
he worked with North and South American mobile carriers, network equipment, terminal manufacturers and application providers.
Previous to Cambridge Positioning Systems, Warren was Vice President of Business Development - International at Bulletin.net,
where he successfully headed up their US Sales and European and APAC operations. Prior to this he held positions as Director
of Sales and Director of Indirect Channel Distribution for Telecom Wireless Solutions Inc. He also owned and operated CellTouch
Communications Inc. a successful regional Airtouch Cellular Sub Agency and was the Southeast Territory Manager for American
Wireless, one of the United States largest distributors of Motorola wireless products.
During his career, Warren Platt has specialized in activities that include marketing products, services and platforms directly to mobile
carriers, content licensing and the development and management of alternate sales channels. In addition, he has established and
managed Latin American subsidiaries, formed joint ventures in Australia/NZ and established strategic agreements with major
Chinese corporations and Korean partners to distribute his company's products.
Dave Lasier has over 25 years of experience in the communications industry as an accomplished entrepreneur and
senior executive with a strong portfolio of successes including the start-up, growth, and optimization of businesses involved in
international consulting, cellular and broadband operations, plus related software applications.
Prior to joining Endeavor Link, he was the founder and CEO of Skybertel Communications, a management consulting firm providing
strategic direction and operational expertise in emerging wireless technologies, services and IP-based applications. Before Skybertel,
he was vice-president of Shenandoah Telecommunications Company ("Shentel") a communications company providing a broad range
of services, including local and long distance telephone, Internet, cable television, and cellular services. Previous to Shentel, he was
the founder and CEO of two wireless broadband companies including Broadband Metro Communications, which was subsequently
acquired by Shentel, plus ClearSky Networks, acquired by several venture firms and now operating as WindChannel Communications.
In addition, Dave Lasier was the founder and CEO of three international companies including, Telecom Wireless Solutions, a wireless
network engineering company, Blue Sky Communications, a GSM-based cellular operator, and BulletIN.net, an IP-based SMS company.
His communications career also includes senior management experience with both Motorola and BellSouth Enterprises. He holds a B.S.
degree in Business Management, a B.S. degree in Thermodynamic and Energy Conversion Engineering and an MBA.
Marlin Nelson has 20+ years in the telecommunications industry. He brings senior management / leadership experience in Global Sales
and Channel Management and Market and Business Development to companies who are seeking to expand their global footprints, intensify
market penetration, build brand recognition, increase customer loyalty and improve bottom line profitability. His experience ranges from
start-ups to IPOs to industry leaders in wireline and wireless solutions including security, location based services and other radio access
network (RAN) solutions.
Prior to joining Endeavor Link he secured the first international order for location-based security and intelligence solutions for governmental
safety and national security markets for True Position Inc. At Openwave he established a new consulting group to provide location-based services solutions to
wireless operators. Prior to joining Openwave he was the Senior Sales Vice President for a VC funded company, Cambridge Positioning
Systems (CPS) where he opened the Americas and the Asia Pacific markets, including China, in addition to selling major OEM / system
integrator agreements to Siemens, Ericsson, Nortel and to 12 of the leading mobile handset manufacturers. Prior to CPS he was President
/ COO of a start up IP based email to wireless handset solution.
He has held senior management positions as Vice President of EMEA Sales (Paris), Senior Vice President and General Manager (London),
Director International Sales (Amsterdam) and National Sales Manager (USA) and has a proven track record in helping companies take
their products and solutions to global markets.
Throughout his career, Marlin Nelson has specialized in bringing new wireline and wireless technologies and telecommunication solutions to
global markets. He is an expert in establishing and leading direct and indirect sales channels in global markets. He holds a B.S. degree in
Alex Moraitis is an 18-year, VP-level veteran of AT&T Mobility. While at AT&T Mobility Alex's
experiences included executive assignments that ranged from sales management, marketing,
operations to wireless industry financial analysis. He managed specific functional areas that included:
alliance partnerships, various marketing functions, retail store operations, indirect distribution,
professional services (consisting of sales engineers and project managers), and sales teams of
varying size and type. These sales teams ranged from enterprise solution sales to mid-market
transaction oriented sales to inside sales and retail operations.
Alex's experience in leading entrepreneurial start-up operations within AT&T Mobility provided
him with valuable inside knowledge of how AT&T operates, how decisions are made, ROI
methodology used, technology evaluation processes, real world experience with AT&T's gating
process, and access to many senior level, long-standing relationships. This experience and knowledge
will be particularly useful to your engagement with Endeavor Link. In addition to his personal knowledge
of AT&T, Alex has relationships with most of the North American carriers through peer level business
partnerships, offering exposure to a much broader carrier base initiative.
This wireless industry knowledge is complemented by his experience as a senior consultant for Accenture's
strategy consulting group. Alex has an undergrad in Statistics from the University of Florida and an MBA in
Finance from Georgia Tech. Alex lives in Atlanta GA with his wife and two teenage children.
Nitin Patel brings the market vision and perspective on product and business development aspect of the
business. An entrepreneurial-oriented adaptable, results-oriented professional, Nitin has 18 years of
hands-on experience in mobile and digital media industry with a strong track record in delivering growth
in both start-up entrepreneurial and corporate fortune 500 companies, TELENITY, TAQUA SYSTEMS INC,
ADC TELECOM and NEWNET.
Nitin works in dynamic, high growth international environments with a focus in Asia Pacific, Americas and
EMEA markets for the successful launch of advanced mobile internet, messaging, value-added services,
mobile advertising, location-based service, and service delivery products. With his experience and proven
ability to plan and execute on strategy, he helps companies to develop profitable business with competitive
products and global distribution.
Nitin combines leading edge technology and market intelligence with high analytical and sound business
leadership skills to achieve bottom line results. He is widely recognized as a preeminent industry executive
and thought leader. His strong industry wide network, helps develop strategic partners, investors,
analyst/media relations and business to close/grow major customer accounts.
Most recently he served as a founding team member and VP marketing and helped bootstrap a mobile
technology company for its global growth. Prior to this assginment, Nitin held a senior product management
position with a VC-backed startup company Taqua Systems, Inc. for its next-generation class-5 switch
product line that was sold to the CLEC/ILEC telecom carrier market in the US. Before joining Taqua, Nitin
held a product management position at ADC through its acquisition of startup company NewNet pioneers
in SS7 technology where he was a member of the core founding team. He had sucessive positions as
Director of Engineering and Product Management and led roadmaps for enhanced services and wireless
Omar Flores is an accomplished executive with over 12 years experience in the Latin American telecommunications industry with a
background in Roaming, Data, VAS, Long distance, Sales and Marketing.
Omar Flores previously served with Proteus Inc. /2 ergo as General Manager Mexico, Central America and Caribbean, where he was
responsible for strategic planning, sales and process implementation initiatives.Prior to this he was Mobile Streams' Senior Vice
President of Business Development (Mexico, Central America and Caribbean) where he was responsible for strategic planning, business
& corporate regional development, sales and customer service. In addition Omar was instrumental in the establishment and success
of the company's Mexican subsidiary.
Previous positions held were with Unefon, Mexico (Grupo Salinas) as a Director of Roaming and Long distance from 2003 through 2005,
where his role included the operation and coordination of both products with internal and external customers and the execution of national
and international agreements. Iusacell, Mexico (Bell Atlantic/Verizon/Vodafone) from 1999 to 2003 as a Director of Marketing services
where he was responsible for the marketing operations for VAS products, Roaming, Long Distance and fix/wireless data. Prior to this, he
was International Services Manager for Avantel/MCI a major long distance carrier in Mexico
A native of Mexico City Omar received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from La Salle University in 1995. He received
his M.B.A. degree from the University of Las Americas in 1998.
Rodrigo Ibarra has worked within the cellular industry since 1993 almost since its beginning in the
Peruvian market. He has previously held senior management positions for two of the largest wireless
companies Tele2000-Bellsouth and Telefónica Móviles, now Movistar where he was responsible for
value-added services within the Marketing area. He also has extensive experience in the areas of
content delivery, messaging and mobile marketing. He has also worked successfully as a supplier of
products and services to all the leading telecom companies in Peru.
Rodrigo possesses a strong technical background with a focus on project management that allows
him to fully understand the needs and requirements of customers as well as the constraints and
challenges of suppliers within a wireless environment.
His career highlights and accomplishments include:
Telecomunicaciones Corporativas-Telcop. Wireless broadband solutions for rural areas and
metropolitan mesh networks.
Movistar: Value Added Service Manager. Implementation of customer retention strategies via the
creation of on-net subscriber networks with reduced airtime tariffs, attracting corporate clients and
their suppliers and customers. Team leader for wireless content responsible for launching the first
WAP service in the region.
Bellsouth: Team leader for implementation of the first prepaid service system in South America.
Designed the operational processes that are now being used by 95% of all cellular subscribers in
the country. Implemented one of the first voicemail services in Latin America which resulted in a
significant increase in revenues for incoming traffic.
While managing these projects he also worked with Customer Care, Sales, Marketing and Engineering
and developed programs focused on increasing revenues and profitability.
Rodrigo is a native of Lima, Peru and he holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad
Nacional de Ingeniería, and an MBA from Esan, Peru.
Federico Tozzi is an accomplished sales & marketing / business development professional with a broad background in mobile,
media and internet marketing.
Federico has 8 years of experience representing regional Latin American and multinational companies in Argentina with a focus
on the Mobile, Internet and Digital markets. He has an extensive background in managing media campaigns for products and
services with distribution via digital channels and has been at the forefront of this innovation within the Argentine market. He
brings a unique dynamic with a blended skill set of creating new and innovative ideas utilizing new technologies while developing
professional relationships and long term customer value.
He has held senior sales and marketing positions at Argentina's largest daily financial news publication and worked as Head of
Mobile Marketing at one of Argentina's leading Mobile Content providers, PMovil where he worked with all of the Mobile Operators
within the market to establish and develop media campaigns and also position his company as a valued and trusted partner.
Federico worked to replicate this success in other markets throughout the Latin American region including Central America,
Colombia, Ecuador and the Caribbean.
He also worked for the Telefonica Group as a Commercial Analyst where he gained invaluable insight into the daily workings of one
of the region`s largest mobile operators.
Federico is a native of Buenos Aires, Argentina where he is based and he holds two Bachelor's Degrees one in Marketing and the
other in Business from CAECE University in Buenos Aires.
Ariel Badilla serves as Endeavor Link's Technical Director, responsible for the overall management and strategic direction
of the company's IT requirements and activities.
Ariel's activities include heading up all of the technical support required for Endeavor Link's partners, as well as being the
lead architect for the company's platforms, system design and implementation.
Based upon the diversity of the Endeavor Link client base Ariel has and continues to work with our clients to provide the link
between supporting the introduction of a new product or technology to its full scale integration, deployment and market delivery.
He has over 10 year's experience covering multiple disciplines ranging from designing and building mobile billing systems,
programming and web design to full scale deployments of carrier grade platforms.
Ariel's career began as a Web Developer in Chile quickly progressing to a Senior Developer and then Technical Architect with a
focus on system design. He honed his skills in London, UK as an independent contractor and then as CTO for a multinational
Mobile Content company responsible for the Andean region within Latin America.
Ariel is a native of Santiago, Chile where is he based today. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Civil Engineer
in Computer Science from Santiago's Universidad Central.
